    We are based in Bali, Indonesia.

    Production time can take up to 6 weeks. However, some orders may be completed faster. Once your piece is finished, we will ship it as soon as possible using FedEx Express

    Making jewelry specifically for each client, rather than keeping unsold stock, aligns with our sustainability values by minimizing resource use and reducing waste in the fashion industry.

    As a small team of only two people handcrafting each piece of jewelry, we are currently experiencing a very busy season. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

    Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations except a few locations.

    At this moment we don't ship to Portugal, and Russian Federation due non-acceptance of jewellery parcels in the country of arrival.

    Free shipping for all orders over 500$USD.

    We use FedEx Express. Usually it takes 5-7 days of less.

    Note:There can be occasional customs or delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.  

    We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.

    Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. 

    We are based in Bali, Indonesia. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for.

    Customers should be aware of import taxes and duties, please check the limits in your country.

    The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the recipient. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.

    We are legally required to declare the full value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs if they require it.

    If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, Wish You Were Naked will not be able to issue a refund on the full order price and we do not refund shipping costs. Refunds can only be processed once the original piece is received back at our studio.

    Returns, Refunds and Exhange Policies

    As a jewelry brand where each piece is handcrafted to order, we are happy to offer exchanges on any unworn jewelry for a different size/style or provide a store credit for a future purchase. To process your return or exchange, please contact us first with your order number at hello@wywnjewelry.com.

    • Custom rare ring sizes and earrings cannot be returned
    • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging intact. Pieces should be unworn and free of any scratches
    • Since all of our rings are handmade to order, please double check your sizes, compare them with our size guide, or if you need size assistance or advice from us, please contact us at hello@wywnjewelry.com
    • Exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order
    • If your return amount exceeds the exchange amount, you'll receive store credit for the difference
    • We kindly recommend sending returns via registered post with a tracking number, as we cannot send replacements until your package is safely received
    • WYWN Jewelry cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
    • WYWN Jewelry reserves the right to decline returns that don't meet our return policy guidelines

    SPECIAL CONDITIONS, SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

    Sale items can be exchanged or offered a store credit with the same amount purchased, except shipping cost. This includes any purchases using a discount code as part of a sale promotion.     Once we receive your return, we'll issue a store credit or exchange based on your preference. Store credit notes are valid for 1 year. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded and are not included in store credit, as orders are billed automatically through our shipping service once they leave our workshop.

    All our pieces are handcrafted in Sterling Silver; there may be slight differences, inclusions on metals, finishings and/or stones - such as tool marks, uneven surfaces and slight color variances. Please take this into consideration when purchasing from us

    As all of our jewelry is made by hand by us, manufacturing faults are rare. However, if you believe a piece of WYWN Jewelry is faulty, please reach out to us at hello@wywnjewelry.com with a photo and proof of purchase. We'll either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion

    As a made-to-order brand, we don't accept returns for refunds. We only offer refunds for faulty items that cannot be repaired or replaced. If you receive a faulty item, please reach out to us through hello@wywnjewelry.com and we'll assist you in resolving the issue
