Delivery
We are based in Bali, Indonesia.
All our jewelry is made to order and will be shipped within 3-4 weeks
Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations except a few locations.
At this moment we don't ship to Portugal and Russian Federation due non-acceptance of jewellery parcels in the country of arrival.
Free shipping for all orders over 300$USD.
We use FedEx Express. Usually it takes 5-7 days of less.
Note:There can be occasional customs or delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases a signature will be required on delivery to confirm that the package has been received.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number.
We are based in Bali, Indonesia. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, international orders may be subjected to local customs duties and taxes that we are not responsible for.
Customers should be aware of import taxes and duties, please check the limits in your country.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the recipient. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
We are legally required to declare the full value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs if they require it.
If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, Wish You Were Naked will not be able to issue a refund on the full order price and we do not refund shipping costs. Refunds can only be processed once the original piece is received back at our studio.
Returns
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving our order. Request by sending an e-mail to hellowywn@gmail.com. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging. The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made.
As we cover the carbon footprint of our parcel's travels, please note that a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Some items are not eligible for return, such as items marked as sale, rings in small or large custom requested sizes, pieces with custom engraving, and scratched or worn items. Important note - for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings so we ask that you please choose carefully.
We allow returns and exchanges on our products, but each item will undergo strict evaluation before being accepted. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and still have the security tag intact. All packaging materials, including stickers and bags, must also be included. When trying on your WYWN swimwear, please wear your own underwear underneath. Any signs of wear or use, such as stains or odors, will void the return or exchange policy and the item will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
We also can provide store credit in the event of a return, if you wish to select another item at a later time or gift it to a friend.

We do offer exchanges. You are welcome to return a full priced item and change your preferred item/size once we receive your parcel back to our studio in Bali. As we cover the carbon footprint of our parcel's travels, all shipping costs (return and new shipping) are not covered by Wish You Were Naked. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We hope this never happens, however, on the off chance you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us straight away athellowywn@gmail.com so we can help to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 7 days of receiving our order. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
